Vendor rules and regulations

Please read this carefully and retain for your records

1.  Your booth space will NOT be reserved until the  application  and fees have been paid in full.  DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS MARCH 19, 2008.

2.  All vendors are encouraged to DONATE ONE ITEM TO THE SILENT AUCTION to help offset the expenses incurred by the Town for the 2008 Festival, and in support of Meggett 1925.

  3. Only products with prior approval will be allowed for sale at festival.  Any changes or additions MUST be approved in advance by the committee.  No exceptions allowed!  Items for sale by Arts & Crafts Vendors shall be vendor createdNo buy/resale.  No exceptions. 

4.  BOOTH APPEARANCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!  Exhibitor must furnish their OWN canopy, tables, chairs, trash receptacles, etc.  The more attractive your booth, the better you will sell.  BE PREPARED FOR RAIN OR SHINE, as the show will go on!  All booths will be out doors.

5.  A festival representative will be on site to help you locate your area.

6.  Designated areas for parking will be available.

7.  Booths must be set up and vehicles removed by 9 am on Saturday, April 12th.  No exceptions.  Thereafter, supplies must be carted into area.

8.  Booth fee is non-refundable.

9.  April in Meggett Committee reserves the right to: review and compare items sold with items listed on this application, have removed for sale any items not approved in advance or found to be re-sale items.  Vendors not complying with this rule will be subject to removal from the festival without refund of their fees.

10.  No Vendor may break down before 3 pm.

11.  If you bring a pet, please have it on a leash.  No exceptions.

12.  The festival reserves the right to deny applications at our sole and exclusive discretion.  Should you be denied for any reason, you will be notified.

SCHEDULE

March 19: Application Deadline.  Late applications will be accepted with $5 late fee - until booths are filled.

April 12: Setup begins at 6 am and ends at 9 am.  No vehicles allowed in the area after 9 am.
